Charging of credit card,

Due to the customization of the product, credit cards are charged as soon as the

order is placed.

Change of art works and photos,

We reserve the right to change the art works or photos to deliver quality product

and to complete the customization of the order.

Delivery of order,

Orders may take 3 to 10 business days to complete. But we try our to deliver the

order as soon as it is completed with the best quality of workmanship.

Cancellation of orders,

Orders can be canceled with a refund as long as the production cycle has not started.

If the cycle has started; you may still cancel the order and you will be refunded the

charged shipping cost only.
